I am a professional nanolink hair extension technician who has been fortunate enough to be doing what I love for 6 years now. I pride myself in my skills and knowledge, and one of the most important things to me is prioritizing the health and safety of my client's natural hair. There are unfortunately so many misconceptions about hair extensions and I strive to always use high-quality, ethically sourced hair extensions paired with the safest method on the market to achieve a natural and seamless result. With my expertise and attention to detail, I have helped countless clients achieve their dream hair and I couldn’t be more excited to have you in my chair next!

I grew in Ancaster and took full advantage of the beautiful area we live in; the lakes, escarpments, trails, etc. I was and still am, a very active person. I played high level hockey and every sport in high school and from an early age, the focus was on fitness, conditioning and nutrition. I naturally pursued my post secondary education in human movement, kinesiology, sport psychology and biomechanics, working in the Strength & Conditioning Industry during and after graduating college. For years, I trained high level collegiate athletes and young adults at the pro levels of their sport. I also have over 12 years of experience in training adults, disabled, rehab clients and the elderly.

Now 33 years young, I realized my passion for health was being under utilized and thus, here I am. I am very excited to take over Dynamic Sports Group and use my gift and my passion to help others realize the benefits of a healthy active lifestyle.
