Christina’s Dance Arts (CDA) offers high quality dance instruction to students of all ages and training levels. We offer classes that are suitable for all types of dancers, recreational and advanced. Whether you have always wanted to try a dance class or are looking to push your abilities to the next level, CDA is the right fit for you. At CDA we strongly believe that dancing should be fun, while at the same time students are being challenged and receiving professional training. CDA students are given many different training and performance opportunities such as: Working with guest artists Attending dance conventions Performing in community events Participating in dance outreach programs and competitions Performing at our end of the year Dance Showcase We offer a variety of classes at two different locations, including: Jazz Fusion, Musical Theatre, Tap, Hip Hop, Adult Dance and Private lessons (solo, duet or trios). What is unique to CDA is how our Jazz Fusion class combines several dance styles including: lyrical, contemporary and funk, giving students a more enriched and engaging learning experience. At CDA we create a family environment where students, parents, and teachers, look forward to our time together making memories and sharing our love of dance.

A proactive and action-minded association, the BIA promotes Kerr Village interests, attractions, services and events to the benefit of local businesses and the community at-large. In addition to the marketing opportunities we create, the Business Improvement Area also champions the frontline issues affecting our neighbourhood: the neglect of public and private spaces, graffiti, petty crime and traffic/parking issues. The Kerr Village BIA: Acts as a liaison between the business community and the local government. Works closely with commercial property owners to help fill unoccupied space and to ensure an optimum business mix is achieved. Implements creative marketing campaigns to retain and expand the customer base. Provides steetscaping improvements: lighting, signage, planters, banners and sidewalk treatments, as well as holiday decorations. Organizes special events highlighting the unique attributes of the area. Our goal is to make Kerr Village cleaner, safer and more hospitable to landlords, business owners, employees, residents...and visitors. We invite you to stop by for a visit!
